To comment on a particular post, scroll down to the bottom of it. Usually it will say the number of comments that post has. If it says that, just click on it and you will see a screen where you can leave a comment. If it doesn't, sorry, it doesn't work. Try it again after a while if you are really intent on posting a comment. :)
